Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of renting, purchasing, or receiving services from Portico.

You may opt out of Portico text messages at any time by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to a Portico text message.
You may request assistance by replying HELP or by contacting Portico using the information at the end of this Privacy Policy.
The FCC recognizes reply messages including STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL and UNSUBSCRIBE as reasonable means of revoking consent to receive covered text messages.
After an opt out request, Portico may send a single nonmarketing message confirming that the request has been processed, as permitted by applicable law.

Portico's website and rental inquiry services are intended for adults seeking housing and are not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Portico is committed to complying with applicable federal and District of Columbia fair housing requirements.
